Primary responsibility is to deliver world-class customer service to
customers. This requires strong interpersonal skills, effective
oral/written communication skills and the ability to work well with
others. Computer application knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word
and Excel), is recommended and may be required. Knowledge of Internet
applications is preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to
stand for several hours at a time and ability to lift 50-75+ lbs.
As
a Team Member of The UPS Store you will have the following duties:
Prompt,
efficient and courteous customer service.
Assist customers with photocopies.
Pack and ship merchandise or documents for customers
Ring sales in a computerized register
Maintain and clean the store .
The position requires standing, bending and
reaching.
Lifting of up to 50-75 pounds and daily mail
sorting.
Job
Requirements
Have
a friendly attitude, detail oriented.
Must be available to work scheduled hours
Experience of 1 year in shipping / mail /customer service desirable.
Capable of using a computer based shipping and sales application.
